Georgian National Museum recognizes the value and importance of relations with donor organizations and their support. One of the first supporters of newly established Georgian National Museum was Eurasia Foundation.In April 7, 2005 Museum and foundation signed the grant agreement in the framework of `` Structural and Institutional Reform of the Museum``.Aforementioned reform is one of the museum’s strategic directions and includes institutional development, technical equipment and museum staff trainings. During the project implementation museums were equipped with computers, office supplies and internet. With the support of Eurasia Foundation museum had possibility to invite French experts and organize the seminars for museum staff on following:
- Financial management;
- Strategic planning;
- Public relations;
- Fund raising;
- Project cycle management.
In the framework of the project Museum management documentation and web-page was elaborated.
